Mrs. Aleatia Willis is the Operations Manager with responsibility for managing the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the Recycling Partners of Jamaica’s development. Among her slew of duties, her primary focus is to manage the establishment and continued operation of island-wide depots, redemption centers and drop-off locations, as well as provide oversight to independent operators.
Aleatia holds a B.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning and is adept in Land Conveyancing Law and Project Management. She has managed several multimillion-dollar projects with some 15 years’ experience in construction project management. This, coupled with her affable personality and organizational acumen, will actuate her to bring to fruition, her objective of establishing recycling island wide, as a sustainable practice.
In her leisure time, Aleatia enjoys playing word games and exploring nature and the outdoors with her family. She is a self-taught still and aerial photographer, and uses these skills as she travels and experience varied cultures and languages.
