Currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Continental Baking Company, Craig Hendrickson began his career within the family-owned bakery as Production Manager. His seven-year production journey focused on spearheading supply chain management and led cross-functional teams to implement new business controls and processes geared towards optimizing efficiency and improving bottom-line growth. Mr Hendrickson has led several innovations for the domestic and export market where he launched first-to-market production lines and produced a variety of baked goods for Jamaican’s consumers locally and families across the world.
With a strong heritage of entrepreneurship and a vision to deliver breakthrough business results, Mr. Hendrickson launched his very own start-up manufacturing company, CRAVE in 2018. Since January 2019, he has been leading the strategic commercial transformation of National Baking Company to further solidify the firm as one of Jamaica’s leading manufacturers within the FMCG industry.
Mr. Hendrickson has a Degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, USA. He proudly serves on The National Baking Company Board and its philanthropist’s arm, National Baking Company Foundation. Since January 2013, Mr. Hendrickson has been a board member of the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa Hotel in St. Lucia which has been recognized and awarded several local and international distinctions & certificates during his tenure. His pledge to serve on the board of non-profit organizations includes Law Street Trade & Training Centre (since August 2016) and Recycle Partners of Jamaica (since July 2019).
