Job Summary
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotalrole in shaping our organization's human capital strategy. You will lead andmanage the HR team, ensuring seamless operations and driving employeeengagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operationalskills to oversee a wide range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Talent Acquisition and Management.
§ Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, toattract top talent.
§ Develop and implement effective talent management strategies,including performance management and succession planning.
§ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
§ Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly.
§ Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions andterminations.
§ Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefitsadministration, and time and attendance.
§ Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
§ Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
§ Identify training needs and develop comprehensive trainingprogrammes.
§ Facilitate employee development and career progression.
§ Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with businessobjectives.
§ Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to informdecision-making.
Required Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or arelated field.
§ Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in amanufacturing or FMCG environment.
§ Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
§ A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
