With a wealth of expertise and experience in philanthropy that complements the ongoing development of RPJ, Caroline is strengthening catalytic change for Jamaica’s sustainable future.
She serves as CEO of the GraceKennedy Foundation, having spearheaded many CSR activities on small business empowerment, HIV behaviour change, and a partnership with Western Union to boost remittance donations to Jamaica. These, in addition to the “Building Bridges - The Florida-Jamaica Connection,” initiative in tandem with former US Ambassador Sue Cobb.
Caroline's success in philanthropic leadership has, for 20+ years, spanned the GraceKennedy Jamaican Birthright Programme, the Council on Foundations, the Bureau of Standards CSR Committee, PSOJ Education Committee, the National Education Council, Jamaica Network of Corporate Foundations, Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance, and former US Vice-President AlGore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps.
Under her leadership, the GraceKennedy Group became the largest corporate collector for Jamaica’s International Coast Cleanup Day. Caroline has been instrumental in raising USD 3.5 million toward the restoration of Kingston Harbour.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from the University of the West Indies.
