He is the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Continental Baking Company, having started as Production Manager in the fourth-generation homegrown bakery. There, he spent several years enhancing supply chain management and leading cross-functional teams. His efforts optimized efficiency and improved bottom-line growth.
Craig brings this spirit of innovation to RPJ, backed by his strong entrepreneurial heritage and vision for breakthrough business results. His start-up manufacturing company, CRAVE, is part of the strategic commercial transformation of National Baking Company.
With a Degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, USA, Craig also serves on the National Baking Company’s board and its philanthropic arm, the National Baking Company Foundation.
He has been a board member of the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa Hotel in St. Lucia, and he is a director of several non-profit organizations, including the Law Street Trade & Training Centre.
