With almost thirty years of experience in the practice of commercial law, Debbie-Ann, who holds a graduate law degree in taxation and financial regulation from The University of London, was handpicked by industry leaders to assist with developing a legal framework for a regime to ameliorate the environmental impact of plastic waste which resulted in the establishment of Recycling Partners of Jamaica (RPJ).
With her extensive corporate governance and legal structuring expertise, she serves as a Legal Advisor for several tier-one Jamaican companies. At RPJ, she serves as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel. Her deep knowledge and dedication make her a vital resource in RPJ’s national effort to promote environmental sustainability through effective corporate stewardship.
Her voluntary endeavours include tutoring at the Norman Manley Law School and serving as a member of the Boards of Food For the Poor and The Ashe Company.
