Aleatia Willis is our dynamic Operations Manager. Aleatia expertly manages our operational systems, processes, and policies to drive the organization’s development. Her main focus is establishing and overseeing island-wide depots, redemption centers, and drop-off locations, while also providing oversight to independent operators. Aleatia holds a B.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning and is skilled in Land Conveyancing Law and Project Management. With 15 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, her organizational acumen and affable personality ensure she successfully promotes recycling as a sustainable practice across the island. In her leisure time, Aleatia loves playing word games and exploring nature with her family. A self-taught still and aerial photographer, she captures the beauty of her travels and enjoys experiencing diverse cultures and languages.
