Prior to joining Recycling Partners of Jamaica, Camile was the Learning and Communication Officer for Cornerstone Group subsidiary, Barita Investments Limited. Her previous role included Human Resources Executive at Digicel Group. Her professional background spans Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Digital Marketing. Camile is dedicated to creating a highly engaged corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth by empowering and motivating employees to realise their full potential and bring their best to the job. Camile is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management she also has certifications in Leadership Development, Project Management, Supervisory Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In her spare time, Camile enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and enjoying the wonders of nature.
