Jozanne Harris

Jozanne brings her over 20 years’ experience in the technical and logistics fields to support RPJ with forging strong partnerships for a greener good! She works closely with our vendors, ensuring they share our commitment to a sustainable future, free from plastic pollution. Besides effective leadership of our Vendor Services team, Jozanne puts her analytical mind to work when it comes to using data and insights to improve collection methods and broaden our collection footprint. With great aplomb, she manages our fleet of trucks to maximize utilization and minimize downtime, while developing and implementing onboarding procedures for new vendors, equipment delivery, and associated training Jozanne holds a Master of Science in Wireless Communication Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from the University of the West Indies (Mona). When she closes her laptop, Jozanne lives the sweaty life as a certified personal trainer and triathlete.
