Leon Dixon

With over 20 years’ experience in management across the public and private sectors, Leon delivers organisational efficiency and high-value productivity through a collaborative operational approach. In short, he ensures that our recycling plants run smoothly while transforming plastic waste into valuable resources. Recognised for his accomplishments in industrial auditing, project management, and customer relationship management, Leon plays a pivotal role in keeping plastics out of landfills by creating new eco-friendly products that support the reduction of our collective carbon footprint. Leon has held senior-level roles at the Pan-American Health Organisation, in addition to being CEO at the May Pen and St. Joseph’s Hospital. Prior to his healthcare management roles, Leon worked in consultancy and management roles in banking, insurance, and investments. Leon holds an MBA in Management Science/Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Applied Physics.
