Wincella Cummings

We call her “Winnie”, she works closely with RPJ’s board and senior leadership to define and execute finance-related initiatives and plan for future growth and sustainable development of our environmental protection objectives. Before joining RPJ, Winnie served as Group Internal Auditor, General Manager, and Group Chief Financial Officer for the seven companies within the Lasco Group. A former Director (representing Lasco Manufacturing Limited) and Executive Director (acting) for RPJ, Winnie also served as Director for Lasco Europe Limited. Her over 40 years in finance management, auditing, business administration, and accounting began in England. On returning to Jamaica, she held senior roles with Red Stripe and the former Century National Bank. Winnie’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester, England; and certifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). When Winnie isn’t crunching the numbers, she reads, writes short stories, and listens to classical, gospel, and jazz music.
